"Returning visitors. Can’t beat the location. All rooms facing the lake is also a big plus. Great staff and excellent amenities, including a huge deck connecting restaurant to bar and lounging area with stunning views on the lake, a pool that is very well maintained, hot tub, sauna, ice bath and even bike rentals. Across the street is the entrance to the village. A gem of a place in Big Bear. Let’s all keep this resort as pristine as they’ve made it."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Vacation Club at Desert Oasis! From the moment we arrived, everyone made our entire party feel welcomed and right at home. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. A very special thank you to Edwin, who truly went above and beyond for our party. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a big difference in our stay. It's people like Edwin who turn a good vacation into a memorable one. Our whole group had a great time, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality from everyone we encountered. We felt comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you, Edwin, and the entire Hyatt Desert Oasis team for making our visit so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this resort to family and friends and look forward to coming back!"
